How do I return my order?

Return instructions: 

1. Send us an email at sales@harlemkitesurfing.com with the following information:
   • Which product(s) you would like to return and reason(s) why;
   • Copy (or photo) of the invoice.
2. If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a return form by email; 
3. The return form has two parts: Part A has the address on it and Part B has the information we require to efficiently handle your return;
4. Cut the form into two parts. Part B should go into the box, together with the products you would like to return. Part A can be stuck onto the box;
5. Bring the box to your preferred carrier and have them ship it to the address stated in Part A of the return form. We recommend using a shipping service with track & trace and insurance. The shipping costs are at your own cost. 
6. Keep the shipment receipt until the order amount has been refunded. 
7. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has arrived and has been refunded. 

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.
